退款与更正规则

适用范围
本规则适用于通过择名购买的「姓名纪念包」（下称纪念包）。纪念包为按用户选择生成的一次性数字商品。付款由 Creem（Armitage Labs OÜ）作为记录商户和交易法律卖方处理，并同时适用 Creem Buyer Terms。
7 天内未下载可全额退款
自付款之日起 7 天内，如果你尚未下载姓名证书 PDF，可以申请全额退款。
下载后原则上不支持退款
证书 PDF 一经下载，视为数字商品已交付，订单不支持退款。但因我们一方的原因出现下列错误时，无论证书是否已下载，均可申请全额退款或免费重新制作：典籍出处标注错误、字形或文字错误、拼音或读音错误。
如何判断已交付
当已支付订单的证书下载接口成功返回 PDF 时，系统会记录首次交付时间。该时间用于判断“尚未下载”的退款资格；如果你认为记录有误，请联系我们核查访问与订单记录。
30 天内一次免费更正
自付款之日起 30 天内，如证书中的姓名、拼音、出处、日期或留言存在错别字、信息填写错误，我们提供一次免费更正并重新生成证书。更正需通过下方联系邮箱提出，并说明需要更正的内容。
其他情况
除上述情况外，数字商品一经交付不支持退款，但法律另有强制规定的除外。若支付出现重复扣款、未收到证书等异常，请联系我们核实处理。
支付争议
发生退款或持卡人支付争议时，证书下载会立即暂停或撤销。争议解决后是否恢复访问，按最终支付状态和适用法律处理。
重要声明
我们不保证户籍、身份证或其他身份登记系统接受该名字；不做任何吉凶、命理或运势承诺；不授予名字的任何独占权或商标权。证书为纪念用途，正式使用前请核对当地规定。
申请与退款方式
申请退款或更正请联系 support@pickchinesename.com 并附上订单编号、购买邮箱和原因。我们审核资格后通过 Creem 发起退款；款项退回原支付渠道，到账时间以 Creem、发卡行或支付机构为准。请勿通过其他渠道要求我们直接退款。
Refund & Correction Policy — English
This policy applies to the personalized, one-time digital Memorial Name Pack. Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) processes payment as merchant of record and legal seller. The purchase is also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms.
Full refund within 7 days: if you have not downloaded the certificate PDF within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.
No refund after download: once the certificate PDF has been downloaded, the digital item is considered delivered and the order is non-refundable. However, if the error is on our side — a wrong classical source, a wrong character or glyph, or a wrong pronunciation/pinyin — you may request a full refund or a free remake whether or not the certificate has been downloaded.
Delivery record: the first delivery time is recorded when the certificate endpoint for a paid order successfully returns the PDF. We use this record to assess whether download delivery has begun. Contact us if you believe the record is incorrect.
One free correction within 30 days: we provide one free correction of typos or incorrect information in the name, pinyin, source, date or message within 30 days of payment, and regenerate the certificate.
Disputes: certificate access is suspended or revoked when a refund or card-payment dispute is created. Access after resolution follows the final payment status and applicable law.
Otherwise, delivered digital goods are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not guarantee acceptance by any identity system, make fortune or destiny claims, or grant exclusive or trademark rights in a name.
To request a refund or correction, email support@pickchinesename.com with the order ID, purchase email, and reason. If approved, we request the refund through Creem to the original payment method. Timing depends on Creem, the card issuer, and the payment provider.
