本网站由 Pick Chinese Name（品牌名“择名”，网站 pickchinesename.com，下称“我们”）运营。本条款适用于免费中文名字工具、账户、云端收藏及付费的「姓名纪念包」。联系邮箱：support@pickchinesename.com。
免费服务与重要声明
择名提供中文名字的典籍出处、字义、读音、声调、笔画与谐音等参考信息。生成、筛选与比较功能免费且无需登录。我们不保证户籍、身份证或其他登记系统接受生成的名字，不提供吉凶、命理或运势判断，也不授予名字的独占权或商标权。内容仅供文化与命名参考，不构成法律、户籍或专业建议。
姓名纪念包
姓名纪念包是按用户选定内容生成的一次性数字商品，包括可下载的双页 PDF 姓名证书、典籍出处或字义解析、寓意与声调说明。购买前会展示价格、币种、证书预览和包含内容。购买需要登录账户；付款确认后，可在「我的订单」下载。
价格、税费与 Creem
网站当前标示价格为 USD 19.00。订单最终总额及适用税费以 Creem 结账页显示为准。付款由 Creem（Armitage Labs OÜ）作为记录商户和交易法律卖方处理；Creem 负责收款、适用间接税和付款凭证，我们不接收银行卡号或 CVV。付款前还应阅读并同意 Creem Buyer Terms。
交付
Creem 的已签名付款通知经服务器确认后，订单状态变为已支付，证书随即在「我的订单」开放下载。网络或支付通知延迟时，确认可能需要数分钟；如长时间未交付，请发送订单编号至客服邮箱。
账户与用户内容
你应提供准确的邮箱和订单信息、妥善保管账户凭证，并对账户下的操作负责。你保留对自填姓名、日期和留言的权利，同时授权我们仅为生成、交付、支持、更正和退款之目的处理这些内容。不得提交违法、侵权、仇恨、骚扰或含他人敏感信息的内容。
退款、更正与支付争议
退款与更正适用《退款与更正规则》。7 天内且证书尚未开始下载的订单可申请全额退款；因我们造成的典籍出处、字形文字或拼音读音错误，无论是否下载均可申请全额退款或免费重制。退款由我们审核后通过 Creem 原路处理。发生退款或支付争议时，证书下载会被暂停或撤销。
知识产权
网站界面、数据整理、证书版式与说明文字归我们或相应权利人所有。名字本身不因使用本工具产生独占权或商标权；典籍原文、字体和其他第三方材料依其各自权利与许可使用。
责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对使用免费工具或纪念包产生的间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。任何限制均不排除法律不得限制的消费者权利。服务因维护、网络、支付服务或不可抗力中断时，我们会采取合理措施恢复。

Terms of Use — English
Operator and scope. Pick Chinese Name (the “择名” brand at pickchinesename.com, “we”, “us”) operates the website. These Terms cover the free name tool, accounts, cloud favorites, and the paid Memorial Name Pack. Contact: support@pickchinesename.com.
Free service and disclaimer. The site provides reference information about Chinese names, including classical sources, meanings, pronunciation, tones, strokes, and possible homophones. We do not guarantee acceptance by any identity or registration system, make fortune or destiny claims, or grant exclusive or trademark rights in a name. The tool is cultural reference material, not legal, registration, or professional advice.
Memorial Name Pack. This is a personalized, one-time digital product containing a downloadable two-page PDF certificate with a classical source or character analysis, meaning notes, and tone analysis. The price, currency, preview, and included content are shown before purchase. An account is required. Access is delivered under My Orders after server-side payment confirmation.
Price, taxes, and merchant of record. The currently advertised price is USD 19.00. The final total and any applicable tax are shown on the Creem checkout page. Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) processes the payment as merchant of record and legal seller for the transaction, handles applicable indirect taxes, and issues the payment document. We do not receive card numbers or CVV data. The purchase is also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms.
Delivery. After we verify Creem’s signed payment notification, the order is marked paid and the certificate becomes downloadable under My Orders. Network or webhook delays may make confirmation take several minutes. Contact support with the order ID if delivery remains unavailable.
Accounts and user content. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and remain responsible for account activity. You retain rights in the name, date, and message you submit and authorize us to process them only to generate, deliver, support, correct, and refund the product. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sensitive third-party content.
Refunds and disputes. The Refund & Correction Policy applies. A full refund may be requested within seven days if certificate delivery has not begun. Errors caused by us in the source, characters, glyphs, or pronunciation qualify for a full refund or free remake regardless of download. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. Download access is suspended or revoked after a refund or payment dispute.
Intellectual property and liability. The interface, curated data, certificate layouts, and explanatory copy belong to us or their respective rightsholders. Names themselves do not become exclusive. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact. We may update these Terms and will highlight material changes. Questions, complaints, and after-sale requests may be sent to support@pickchinesename.com.
